You can cancel and return your order within 14 days, and faulty items are covered by your statutory legal guarantee. This page explains how.
14-day right to cancel
You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. The cancellation period ends 14 days after the day you receive the goods.
To cancel, email us at support@mac-mini-ssd.com with your order number before the 14 days are up. You may use our model withdrawal form, but you don't have to. Return address: CDCT, Keizerskroon 64, 3353 XR Papendrecht, Netherlands. Tell us first so we can match your parcel to your order.
Returning the item
After telling us you want to cancel, send the item back within 14 days. Please include the toolkit (Torx T3, T5, T8 and opening pick) and packaging if you still have them.
You pay the cost of return shipping. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot refund an item that does not reach us.
Your refund
We refund the price and standard delivery cost to your original payment method. We may wait until we receive the item or proof that you sent it back.
We issue the refund within 14 days of your cancellation notice, subject to the return or proof of dispatch above.
Inspecting versus installing
You may handle the item as you would in a shop to check what it is and how it works. Installing the module in your Mac goes beyond that: it means opening the computer and using the module.
If you install the module and then cancel, you keep your right to cancel, but we may deduct the loss in value this causes from your refund.
Faulty or damaged items
If your item arrives damaged, is defective, or is not what you ordered, you are entitled to a free repair, replacement, or refund under your statutory legal guarantee.
