EU law asks every webshop to offer this standard form, and it's the same text across Europe. It's here if you'd rather use it: copy it into an email to support@mac-mini-ssd.com, or print it, fill it in and post it to CDCT, Keizerskroon 64, 3353 XR Papendrecht, Netherlands. It counts just as much as the online form above, which is simply the quicker route.
