Shipping & delivery

Where we ship

We currently ship only to addresses within the European Union. We are unable to ship outside the EU at this time.

What's in the box

Every order ships with everything you need to install the SSD yourself: the SSD module plus a free toolkit: Torx T3, T5 and T8 bits and an opening pick. There are no separate tools to buy.

Shipping costs

Our shipping charge is based on the destination and total order weight; it is not PostNL’s base tariff. Each SSD counts as 85 g. The complete VAT-inclusive prices for one to five SSDs are shown below and checkout uses the same table. We remain responsible for delivery until the order reaches you.

Handling and delivery time

Orders are dispatched within 0 to 1 day, Monday to Saturday. Orders placed before 14:00 (Amsterdam time) on those days usually ship the same day.

After dispatch, estimated transit time is 1 to 5 business days, depending on the destination within the EU. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

These are estimates; actual delivery times can vary due to carrier handling and customs or postal delays.

Tracking

Your order is shipped with tracking. You will receive tracking details by email once it is on its way.

Taxes and duties

Prices shown include VAT at 21% where applicable. As we ship only within the EU, no import duties apply to your order.
