Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-06-18

This Privacy Policy explains how PCB Innovations, operator of Mac Mini SSD Store, processes your personal data when you visit our website or place an order. We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is PCB Innovations. For any privacy question or request, contact us at [email protected].

What data we collect

We collect only the data we need to operate the shop and fulfil your orders:

  • Order and contact data: name, email address, shipping address, and order details you provide at checkout.
  • Account data (if you create an account): email address and a securely hashed password.
  • Communication data: the content of messages you send us via the contact form or by email.
  • Payment data: handled directly by our payment provider, Mollie. We do not store full card details on our servers.

Why we process your data and the legal basis

  • To process and deliver your orders and provide customer support — legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • To send transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping updates) — performance of a contract.
  • To comply with legal and tax obligations (e.g. invoicing) — legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
  • To secure the site and prevent fraud — our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Who we share data with

We share data only with the service providers needed to run the shop, acting as our processors:

  • Mollie — payment processing.
  • Resend — sending transactional emails.
  • Our hosting and shipping providers — to host the site and deliver your order.

How long we keep your data

We keep order and invoice data for as long as required by law (in the Netherlands, tax records must generally be kept for 7 years). Account data is kept until you delete your account. Contact-form messages are kept only as long as needed to handle your request.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in the Netherlands, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

To exercise any of these rights, email us at [email protected].
