These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Mac Mini SSD Store and any purchase you make from us. Mac Mini SSD Store is operated by PCB Innovations. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Orders
An order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm acceptance of your order, normally by sending an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock or a pricing error is detected — in which case we will refund any amount already paid.
Pricing and VAT
All prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include VAT at 21% where applicable. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout. We take care to price products correctly, but if an obvious pricing error occurs we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full.
Payment
Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Mollie, using the payment methods offered at checkout. We do not store your full card details. Your order is processed once payment is confirmed.
Shipping and delivery
We ship within the European Union only. Shipping costs, handling time, and delivery estimates are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Returns and refunds
Your right to return items and obtain a refund is set out in our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms and does not affect your statutory rights.
Warranty and conformity
Our products are covered by the statutory conformity guarantee under EU and Dutch consumer law: goods must match their description and be fit for purpose. If a product is defective, you are entitled to repair, replacement, or a refund as provided by law.
Limitation of liability
Installing an SSD in a Mac mini requires disassembly and carries inherent risk. Our installation guide is provided for information only. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage resulting from installation carried out by you or a third party. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for our statutory consumer-law obligations.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands and are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Dutch courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.
