You can cancel and return your order within 14 days, and faulty items are covered by your statutory legal guarantee. This page explains how.
14-day right to cancel
You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. The cancellation period ends 14 days after the day you receive the goods.
To cancel, email us at [email protected] with your order number before the 14 days are up, and we will send you the return address.
Returning the item
After telling us you want to cancel, send the item back within 14 days, in its original condition and packaging and with all accessories included — this includes the free toolkit (Torx T3, T5, T8 and opening pick) that shipped with your order.
You pay the cost of return shipping. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot refund an item that does not reach us.
Your refund
We refund the full amount you paid, including standard delivery, to your original payment method. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back.
Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving your return. We may reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value caused by handling the item more than was needed to check it.
Faulty or damaged items
If your item arrives damaged, is defective, or is not what you ordered, you are entitled to a free repair, replacement, or refund under your statutory legal guarantee.
